SponsorDesk is provided by Vertova Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17462329).

What SponsorDesk is

SponsorDesk is a record-keeping and reminder tool for organisations that hold a sponsor licence. It works out deadlines from the dates you enter and reminds you about them. It is not immigration advice, and it doesn't tell you what to report or how to handle an individual case. You remain responsible for meeting your sponsor duties. For advice, use the Home Office's sponsor guidance or a regulated immigration adviser.

Accuracy

Deadlines are worked out as 10 working days after the date you enter, excluding weekends and bank holidays in England and Wales. Check each deadline against current Home Office guidance. The public register pages show the Home Office register as published, and we can't guarantee it is complete or current.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from the billing page, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. Prices exclude VAT.

Your data

You own the records you put into SponsorDesk. We process them on your behalf to provide the service, as described in our privacy notice. You can export or delete them at any time by contacting us.

Liability

We aren't liable for any loss arising from missed deadlines, inaccurate data you enter, or Home Office decisions. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
